How Bulk Email Finder Works

Before uploading your file, here is a quick overview of how the finding process works:

• Upload Contact List: Provide a file containing contact names and company domains.
• Pattern Generation: The system generates up to 25 email pattern combinations for each contact.
• Real-Time Verification: Each generated pattern is verified against the company's mail server.
• Results Delivery: Valid email addresses are identified, categorized, and made available for download.

Credit Usage

Credit consumption for the Bulk Email Finder differs from standard verification. Please review the following before processing your list:

• Each found email address consumes 10 credits.
• Credits are charged for both verified and unverified email addresses.

Uploading Your File

The upload process consists of three steps, file selection, column mapping, and processing. Follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1: Upload Your File

Log in to your EmailVerify.io account, navigate to the Email Finder section, and select Bulk Email Finder. Click Browse File to select your contact list from your local storage.

Supported File Formats

EmailVerify.io accepts contact lists in the following formats:

• CSV: Comma Separated Value files (.csv)
• Excel: Microsoft Excel files (.xls, .xlsx)
• Text: Plain text files (.txt)

File Requirements

Before uploading, make sure your file meets the following requirements:

• Must include at least one name field, First Name and Last Name, or Full Name
• Must include a domain column
• Maximum file size: 5MB
• Up to 500 records per file

Step 2: Map Your Columns

Once your file is uploaded, the column mapping interface will appear. This step ensures the system correctly identifies the fields it needs to generate email patterns.

• Left Panel: Displays your file's column headers
• Right Panel: Dropdown menus to map your columns to the required fields

Once your columns are mapped, click Start Processing to proceed to the confirmation screen. The confirmation popup will display the total number of records in your file along with the available processing options.

Choose the option that best fits your workflow:

• Find: Begin immediate processing of your contact list. Ideal for when you need results quickly.
• Schedule: Schedule your bulk find operation for a later date and time. Perfect for large lists or off-peak processing. You will receive an email notification when processing begins.

Downloading Your Results

When your file status changes to Completed, click the cloud download button to retrieve your results.
