Integration with MailerLite

The EmailVerify.io integration with MailerLite enables you to validate subscriber lists directly from your MailerLite account. Verifying email addresses before sending campaigns reduces bounce rates, protects your sender reputation, and improves overall email deliverability.

Once connected, you can:

Import MailerLite lists into EmailVerify.io
Run bulk email verification
Automatically sync validation results back to MailerLite

This integration eliminates manual exports and ensures your subscriber data remains accurate and actionable.

Prerequisites

Before configuring the integration, make sure you have the following:

An active MailerLite account
An EmailVerify.io account
Permission to generate an API token within MailerLite

The connection is established using a secure API key. Your MailerLite login credentials are never stored or shared.

Step-by-Step Integration Setup

Follow the steps below to connect MailerLite with EmailVerify.io and begin validating your lists.

Step 1: Log in to EmailVerify.io

Begin by signing in to your EmailVerify.io account at app.emailverify.io. Once logged in, navigate to the Integrations section from your dashboard.

Step 2: Select MailerLite

From the list of available integrations, choose MailerLite. A pop-up window will prompt you to enter your MailerLite API key.

Step 3: Generate Your MailerLite API Key

To create your API token:

Log in to your MailerLite account.
Navigate to the Integrations section within your dashboard.

Locate the MailerLite API option and click Use.
Select Generate New Token.

Provide a name for the token, agree to the terms, and click Create Token.

Copy the generated API key.

Step 4: Authorize the Connection

Return to EmailVerify.io and paste the API key into the integration window. Once submitted, your MailerLite account will be successfully connected.

Step 5: View Your MailerLite Lists

After authorization, your MailerLite subscriber lists will appear in the Integrations section within EmailVerify.io.

You can now view all available lists ready for verification.

Choose the lists you want to validate and initiate the verification process. Your selected lists will be queued for processing.

Monitor the status of your lists on the Bulk Verification page. You will receive an email notification once the verification process is complete.

When verification finishes, results are automatically synced back to MailerLite.

Three custom properties are added to each subscriber record:

EV_Status
EV_SubStatus
EV_Validation_Timestamp

These properties allow you to segment subscribers based on validation status and maintain ongoing list hygiene directly within MailerLite.

Troubleshooting & Tips

If you encounter issues during setup or verification, consider the following:

Ensure the API key is correctly copied and pasted without extra spaces.
Confirm the API token is active and has not been revoked in MailerLite.
If lists do not appear, reconnect the integration and verify that the API key is valid.
Allow sufficient processing time for large lists and monitor progress via the Bulk Verification page.
For initial testing, verify a smaller list first to confirm the configuration before processing larger datasets.
