Instant Verification

EmailVerify.io offers an Instant Verification tool that lets you verify individual email addresses or small batches in real time, directly from your dashboard, without the need to upload any files. It is ideal for quick quality checks, testing new addresses, or verifying a handful of contacts before adding them to your list.

Using the Instant Verification Tool

Follow the steps below to verify your email addresses in real time.

Accessing the Tool

To access Instant Verification, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your EmailVerify.io account.
2. Navigate to the Email Verification section.
3. Select Instant Verification.

Entering Email Addresses

You can enter up to 25 email addresses at once. Addresses can be separated using any of the following formats:

• Commas: [email protected], [email protected]
• Line breaks: Place each email address on a separate line
• Mixed: Any combination of commas and line breaks

Starting Verification

Once your addresses are entered, click the Verify button to begin processing. Note the following before proceeding:

• Processing typically completes within seconds.
• Each email address verified deducts one credit from your account.
• Credits are only deducted for completed verifications.

Understanding Results

After verification is complete, your results are displayed in a structured table. 

Each column provides the following information:

Exporting Results

Once your results are ready, you can download them for your records. Click the Export to CSV button to download all verification results in a structured format.

The exported file includes:

• All email addresses from your session
• Complete status and sub-status information

Credit Usage

Each verification draws from your available credit balance. The following rules apply:

• Each email verification consumes 1 credit.
• Unknown verifications do not consume credits.
• Credits are deducted only for completed verifications.
• Your remaining credit balance can be checked at any time in your account dashboard.

For Accurate Results

• Verify corporate domain addresses during business hours for the most reliable results.
• Use correct email formatting, [email protected]
  Avoid special characters or spaces in your email entries.

For Credit Management

• Use Bulk Verification for lists larger than 25 addresses
• Monitor your credit balance regularly to avoid interruptions
