• Data Transmission: All data submitted to EmailVerify.io is transmitted over encrypted TLS 1.3 connections, ensuring that your information is protected in transit and cannot be intercepted.

• Data Storage: Your uploaded list files are stored encrypted at rest in our secure cloud storage. No unencrypted copies of your data are ever written to disk at any point during the verification process.

• Automatic Deletion: Your original list file and the corresponding verification results are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after 30 days. No manual action is required on your end.

• Diagnostic Data: We may log diagnostic data in the event of system errors to maintain service quality and reliability. Any such data is fully protected and purged within 7 days.

Bulk List Verification

When you upload a list for bulk verification, all of the above security standards apply in full. Your list is processed securely, stored encrypted, and deleted automatically, ensuring your data never outlives its purpose on our servers.
